I purchased an item on Amazon and received an e-mail with a China Post tracking number on Nov 13 and every time I try to check on the status it says there is no record found. Expected delivery is between Dec 3-24 but it appears that it hasn’t even been sent. Does this happen often? Is this something I should assume I’m not gett?

You need contact Amazon and claim refund.

Thank you. I contacted the seller and if I haven’t heard from them on Monday (that’s when they said they would speak to the department) I will be contacting Amazon
