1. Unfortunately if you have not receive the parcel yet, then you can consider it has lost. You should contact seller and try to have an arrangement with him.

6. I don't see any problems with your parcels so far. They all left China for Mexico. I was unable to track them on the Mexico Post site because the site was not functional.

1. After tracking your number on different sites, I did not get anything. If you just got the tracking number you need to wait 2 to 5 days before it goes into the China Post system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then you need to contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.
