The tracking information hasn't updated for this number in 27 days I've tried multiple sites. 31811558843 This number hasn't updated either even this one LM484844605CN if you could help with any of these I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jun 21. Normally parcel will travel 30 to 90 days to Canada. You need wait some more time.
