http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY452331595CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY452331595CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 23. It is waiting for flight space from china to Chicago. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.

after the parcel arrives USA, you can see US location in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php tracking result.
