Post Tracker states package delivered, but it hasnt

The package tracker says my package was delivered, but I have not received it.

Order Number 3310
Tracking Number LY504098159CN

I have many other items that I never received and will NEVER order from China again!!

I would appreciate you refunding my money or figure out what happened and get my order to me asap!!

usps website shows Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 10:32 am on August 6, 2018 in PITTSBORO, IN 46167.

If you can not find your parcel in your mailbox, you need contact your local USPS office for delivery detail.
