the parcel should have left china. You can not see new status until the parcel enters into Thailand Post system. This might take about 2 to 3 weeks.

China Post registered air is normally delivered to mt door 20 calendar days after posting. Yes, it should have left China, but there are normally five steps before it does - and none of those have appeared. That is why I am asking you to check - exactly where is it? Because right now your system says it is stuck at the original drop-off spot. Please help to locate it - you folks seem to be able to locate REGISTERED, trackable packages.

You see, we pay extra so that we can actually track our shipments along their routes, right to our door. Are you saying that China Post no longer provides a tracking service Registered Air? Because if that is the case, I and tens of thousands of others will stop buying from China.

RF714719652CN was shipped on May 18. After twenty days, it will be Jun 7. So your estimated arrival time should be Jun 7.

China Post parcel status will not update until it arrives Thailand. You need some patient.

Telling a customer, who has a legitimate complaint, to be patient, rather than providing the service you signed on for, is not a hallmark of good customer service. I paid for tracking, so I would know if there is a problem. There is a problem here, and you need to address it please. Telling me to be patient is Not addressing the problem.

By example, here is China Post's tracking for another of my current shipments. Please notice all the hits within China. Then go back and look at my original question, where there has only been one hit, eleven days ago.

If you think anyone of us here represent chinapost in any official capacity, I can tell you are wrong. In case you havent noticed, we are just a group of volunteers who provide assistance to those who need help in tracing their parcels. I doubt anyone here (perhaps even the administrator included) can claim that they speak for chinapost. So if you require further answers to your concerns, you should go through the proper channels and ask your sender to contact chinapost on your behalf to find out what's going on with your parcel. Continuing to berate us here is frankly not going to help your cause.

Thank you for your response. I very much appreciate learning that, it gives me a better perspective on things. Just to follow up, after 12 days, the parcel has shown up on tracking, still in China.
