RS441300059NL . The track informtion dosen't update since 04/02/2016 on the item is pre-advised . is that mean that my item is lost ?

your parcel is Netherlands post parcel. the parcel will travel from china to Netherlands first, then transit to other country. you need wait 2 weeks to get updated information.

RF161218485CN is outside china, you can not know exact location at this moment. no need worry, it will arrive after another 2 to 4 weeks. it takes time.
