the shipping address is wrong.

please amendment.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel has been successfully delivered on Jan 19. I believe receiver has picked up the parcel from post office by himself.

there is no match with the addressee.
Did the parcel take over?

not the recipient.

check the packet transfer.

China Post computer database does not record who received the parcel and what is the delivery address. All delivery are made by human reading the parcel shipping label.
