Shipment LO174324973CN was sent on September 20. From now on, every few days the information "Activity - Departure export customs, Location - Beijng EMS" appears on the tracking website. The last such information was on October 4, nothing has happened since then. Will it be sent and when?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO174324973CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Beijing office to Ukraine on Oct 5.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Ukraine Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing ,China or customs warehouse in Ukraine). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(your parcel seems to be delayed in some place outside China) until Ukraine Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Ukraine Post website will show its new status with Ukraine location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
