Hello
I buy an item and it given to a track number RS441300059NL but when i check it i found this statement " The item is pre-advised" ? does any one know what does it mean ?

it means the seller applied a tracking number from Netherlands Post, but it has not been received by Netherlands Post.

Thank you sir . but how much time should take it to have received by Netherlands Post ?

Normally china seller should send the parcel to Netherlands first. Before the parcel arrives Netherlands, you can not track the parcel in Netherlands Post website. normally the procedure from china to Netherlands might take one or two weeks.
