Post Targetfinder purchase/ suspected scam

Hi. I recently ordered a golf targetfinder rangefinder. Order number #1195
Tracking number LO025897439CN.
A little telescope arrived today via Chinapost. It is useless to me and cannot do what I ordered the rangefinder for. It does not even closely resemble the picture in the advert.
Can you please refund my money or send me what I ordered. I have paid $47.97 CAD.
I look forward to a prompt reply.

Royal Mail website shows LO025897439CN was delivered by Post office in Newry DO on Sep 10.

Check your mailbox, if you can not find it there, contact your local post office for delivery detail.

Thank you. I know it was delivered. I told you that in my e-mail. But what was delivered was not what I ordered. I ordered a rangefinder to use in golf. It gives distances to targets. It was even called "targetfinder". What arrived was a very small telescope. It even said on the outside of the package it was a telescope. Look at what I ordered. The order number was #1195. It's not a telescope. It doesn't even look like the picture in the advertisement. It's very annoying.

it seems that your seller did not ship the correct item of your order. You need open dispute to aliexpress/paypal to claim compensation.
