This is my tracking number RN007429267CN, my order is a woman dress it have been in the export security scan for more than 7days and I have a hunch that it is abnormal. Please I need a help

export scan status sometimes will take 2 to 3 weeks. no need worry too much.

wait one more week and check it again in http://track-chinapost.com/. If still no change of status, then it means your parcel might have problem to pass safety check and you should open dispute to claim refund.

can some one tell me about my order tracking number RA442022878CN..guess something wrong with because its taking to long time on Export Customs Scan from 2014.09.21 today is about 3-4 weeks ...is it normal??can i know what wrong with it ??and where is now??

and my next order has same situation RA442021308CN is stopped too on Export Customs Scan in 2014.09.29.....how work that post in Urumuqi???can i know something about my orders ..whats wrong with them ???

Parcels shipped from Urumuqi are experiencing some delay caused by strict safety check. If you do not show updated status for 3 weeks, you should open dispute and claim refund.
