Post Stuck Shanghai Transit Stn (cleared) PLS HELP!

Hi all,
I made an order in South Korea to my forwarding Shop and Ship address in Shanghai. However on tracking I see this below. It has been in Shangahi Transit Station for a month now. Can anyone please help me? I don't speak Chinese so can't call China Post. Please help!

1. Somebody need to call China Post for your parcel.

2. In your forwarding Shop and Ship address in Shanghai, there is nobody there that can speak Mandarin to call China Post?

3. If the above is not suitable for you, then you need to contact seller and ask him to contact Korean Post to find out what is going on with your parcel.

4. What I see in the tracking but I might be wrong. It did clear Import Customs and would be traveling for delivery in Shanghai. But to be sure that it's not stuck in the Impost Customs somebody has to call China Post.

This is very helpful thank you! Only problem is I don't know Mandarin or anyone that does.

UPDATE on this case, please help. The supplier in South Korea contacted the courier and made a request for the package to be released / delivered to my shop n ship address in Shanghai. It now shows, this below, but what doe it mean?

2. It seems to me that the courier/China Post is returning the parcel back to the supplier in Korea. Maybe they were some import money involve for the parcel, I don't know.

3. I guess you need to contact seller again and tell him the parcel is being returned to him.
