Hello Mr/Miss.chinapostvolunteer

I have make an order on 01-08-2017.
China post tracking say's:on route.
Is this normal that it is"on route" for about 50 days to the Netherlands?
I have contact the seller several time's and every time he say's:Dear friend, the goods are normal transportation, I extend protection time, thank you.
He has extend protection time three or four times and estimated time was 5-17 days.
So i think it is lost.
Can u tell me what to do please?

LX427090306CN is ePacket which normally arrives Netherlands in 2 to 4 weeks. your parcel should be lost. you need claim refund from seller.
