Hello,
I have ordered a product from Aliexpress by China Post Registered Air Mail. Its tracking number is RY932863364CN. The date of the order is 2018-03-15 19:56:10. The last two entries on Aliexpress tracking are “Airline departed from original country (2018-04-09 01:54:00 [GMT+8]), Shipped by air (2018-04-08 05:45:38 [GMT+8]).” According to my experiences, once the product is shipped by air and the airline departed from the original country, it takes not more than a few hours for it to arrive to the destination country. I have asked twice to the cargo company in the destination country but surprisingly they say it has not arrived. Together with this product, I had ordered four more. All have arrived about 25 days ago. They say this one still hasn’t arrived eventhough it has left the original country by the airline about 14 days ago. Could you please conduct an investigation. Thank you in advance.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Apr 9. . you might need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel after sent to airline.

Does it mean the entries on Aliexpress tracking wrong? What is the difference between "shipped by air/airline departed from the original country" and "sent to airline"? On Aliexpress tracking, the visual track shows that the product is between the original country and the destiation country, which means it has left China on April 9 by air. It is surprising that it hasn't arrived. Could you comment it?

Is this your first time receiving stuff by airmail?? Cos the way you are asking your questions show blatant ignorance and plain disregard for airmail rules and regulations.

Sending mail by air is not like sending email where you receive minutes later! Airmail is also not like passenger travel where the flight arrives few hours later. Cos mail dont walk themselves to airlines terminals or across immigration counters! Airmail items also need to be checked for contraband. All these require manual labor. 2-4 weeks waiting is more likely. If you are unlucky or live in remote areas it could take months!

Nobody really cares how badly you need your item and it will undergo its fair share of the due processes! So just use your head next time, be quiet and wait patiently for your item like everyone else!

You can't teach me as to how an email is sent or how a passenger travel. You look like smart aleck, your answer is too donnish. This product was ordered 39 days ago and shipped by air 15 days ago according to the tracking information. Duration for a plane to fly from China to my country is a few hours. Yes I very well know the manual labor at the airports. But 15 days have past. My curiosity arises from the fact that all four products except this one which were ordered at the same time already arrived about 25 days ago. They were also by China Post Registered Air Mail. The reality above shows that the other products didn't stay too long at the airport but this one stays. Moreover I have asked twice to the officials in the cargo company of my country, handling China Post Registered Air Mail. They says it hasn't arrived, which is wrong according to the rules and technology. I would prefer not having an answer of your kind!

Unfortunately, there are a few malproducts like you everywhere the same as the real malproducts. If it were up to people like you, nothing would be accomplished in the world, everywhere would be full of shit.
