I ordered a purse from IOFFER He said he shipped on April 13th. Today is April 30th and The tracking still says invalid. I've contacted him and he swears he shipped it.

Did it miss a scanner or whats up?

1. After tracking your parcel on 3 different sites this is what I get:
No tracking information for the shipment.

2. Did you contact the seller to ask him if he did physically mail the parcel? You have the tracking number since the 13 April, it should be in the China Post system by now.

3. Maybe the article your bought was not into is possession and he had to order it from a factory? Because you trust this seller he sent you a purse when you bought from him!

4. If your contact seller please be aware of this:
May 1 Sunday Labour Day National holiday
May 2 Monday Labour Day Holiday National holiday

5. If you are not satisfied with the answer of the seller, you always have the option of opening a dispute to get your money back.
