The email I got showed that my shipping address was confirmed to be delivered in Atlanta, Ga USA. On your tracking system is states that my package had been delivered to an entire different state. Who do I need to contact in regards to this matter? Can you provide me the address you guys had for shipping?

Your seller should have printed wrong address in the parcel which is different from the address showed in his email to you.

If you paid with ebay/aliexpress, open dispute for refund asap.
