Hello,
I send a package from Germany to Shenzen on 2018. 08.30. Last trackinginfo is from 2018. 04.09. Shenzhen center import customs cleared (domestic transit ). Please can you look what happened to my sending. Tracking number is CY506265662DE.

CY506265662DE arrived Shenzhen on Sep 5. It seems to have delivery or address problem. You need ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

English address often have delivery problem because many china postman can not read them. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

Hello again,
I have contactet the receiver but it seems that they did not call the hotline. I have also researched that parts of the address i have are wrong. Maybe a mistake in translation. Real address is:
VKTECH EB
5TH FLOOR B BUILDING DIGUANGD TECHNOLOGY PARK
JIAZITANG RD
SHENZHEN 518132

Perhaps you are able to contact them.
P.S. What happene in worst case, if you can not deliver the sending.

Most delivery postman can NOT understand such English address. You must print original Chinese Address when you ship the parcel. Now the parcel can not be delivered and you need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. Otherwise it should be returned to your country.
