My package status on 17Track says departed Shenzhen for JFK on July 11th.
Package LY413657865CN still not here. What is status?

LY413657865CN is still waiting for flight space from Hong Kong to JFK. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. Everything looks ok, no need worry at this moment.
