Post Starting to worry about my package

Tracking number is CX010862813CN and hasn't updated in almost a month, I've noticed other tracking numbers on this forum have been shipped after my package and already been delivered to the USA, my time is running down on my purchase protection and I want to be protected in case the item arrives in poor condition

Same with me? My Package was despatched 9th Jan'18 Tracking Number
RH942878071CN to Ireland! No Tracking Info available for some time????

CX010862813CN is delayed in China airport. You probably need wait one or two more weeks.

if your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend protection. If seller does not response, open dispute for refund.

It's normal for an parcel's status not to update while it's in transit between countries. After an item leaves China, there is usually a long period of no updates until it arrives in the destination country. Its status can't be updated until it reaches the destination country and the receiving postal service scans it.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Your item left China for Ireland on 14 Jan. Transit time to Ireland for these kinds of parcels averages around 30 days.

Any idea what caused the delay?

Too many parcels were shipped during Nov and Dec, airline has not enough space to ship them in short time.

Should I be worried about the low temperature? This could be a problem for the instrument I ordered. Or is it stored climate controlled?

I don't think China Post will provide climate control shipping service.

I'm just wondering if it is sitting in a container outside somewhere, or if it is at least in a warehouse so it doesn't get cracked
