1. The First and second of May was a National Holiday.

2. Normally a seller will ask China Post for a number, that number can be track when the parcel in given to China Post normally 2 to 5 days after the parcel is given to China Post.

3. If you did not get a tracking number yet, it may means that the parcel is getting prepare for shipment but not ship yet to China Post.

4. Every company has their own preparation time for shipping parcel to China Post. Maybe they need to get the product from a warehouse. That why it is taking time to put your parcel into the China mail system.

5. If you do not feel comfortable with the purchase you made then open a dispute to get your money back.

1. Yes when you post a parcel you get a tracking number also you can ask China Post for a number ahead of time before you mail a parcel. Most company do that contacting China Post and get a number.
