1. Would you know how is the carrier (company) of the parcel because I can not find any info on the parcel. Item is not found at this moment.

2. When did you get the tracking number, how many days?

1. There is no info on your parcel, you might want to contact seller and ask him what is going on with your parcel.

2. You may also start a dispute to get your money back.
