My tracking says "sent to airline" today 10:39am 10/08/18 China to Australia .

Does that mean my parcel is on the plane?

sent to airline only means the parcel is in airline warehouse waiting for flight space from china to destination country Australia. waiting time can take 2 to 6 weeks. you need wait some more days.

sent to airline status was handed over twice once on 08 this month and today 10th !

sometimes they made duplicate scan, this is normal. no need care about it.
