Am I going to receive my parcel or is this just fraud ? Because it hasn't moved from China apparently.

4. So it seems everything is OK for your parcel, it's On Route to USA on the West Coast. Now it's only a matter of checking it for new update on the USPS site.

I want to know where this post office is located ? What city or state ? And if this is usps?

That's new delhi zip code post office not United States
