Could you provide info about the package with the following tracking number: RY643464210CN? It was accepted on 24 of November of 2017 but it hasn’t arrived to Armenia yet.

Shipping time to Armenia over the holiday shipping period seems much much slower than normal, almost nothing sent in November/December has arrived yet. I expect it will be at least another two weeks before your parcel arrives, and maybe longer. :(

If your buyer protection time is running out, you may need to open a dispute with your seller in case your parcel doesn't arrive. In the meantime...keep waiting. :/

I have already opened a dispute as the protection time has run out but I understand that it is not the seller’s fault. My daughter is still waiting for her Christmas gift. So disappointed...
