Please can you advise on this tracking number. We were able to track it, with you, up to the point of it being couriered via air to South Africa. Since then your tracking service tells me "no record of tracking number" ???????

What is the status???

Why can my parcel NOT now be tracked??????

South Africa Post website shows the parcel just arrived South Africa Post office in WITSPOS (HUB) on May 14. South Africa Post delivery system normally is very slow. You need contact South Africa Post to pickup the parcel asap.
