My parcel has been cleared from Beijing Customs since 5th June, there has been no update since, why is it taking so long and where is my parcel? If it has been cleared then why hasnt it moved on?

Are you in Beijing? If yes, it should be delivered within one week after parcel arrives Beijing customs. If you are in other city. You might need wait another one week.

I am in Lin'an Hangzhou but it has already been 8 days since it cleared customs.

you need call china post hotline 11185 and inquiry what is the reason the parcel is delayed.
