1. Tracking number is a valid number.

2. After tracking on 3 different sites this is what I get:
There is no record on the subject item.

3. Seller did not physically mail the parcel at Hong Kong Post. You should contact him and tell him that the parcel is no traceable so far.
If the answer does not meet your standard then just open a dispute to get your money back.
