Hello, I would like to ask what should I do.

My friend sent my a small parcel from Thailand. Everything was fast and smooth with Thailand post services (excellent like always). It arrived to my city in Chengdu quite fast. I checked my parcel status on 15th and it said it's delivered. BUT it is not delivered! What is the problem? Chinese just give it to random people or was it stolen? Or is it the problem of delivery guys, who get some extra money if they "deliver" on time. The status online says delivered but it is not. What should I do?

you can go to China Post office in 成都新南路投递所, they should know delivery detail.
