Hi, i have a parcel that was shipped on the 4th May by China Post. I have been following it up until the 14th May where it arrived at Guangzhou Processing Center. Now if i type in the tracking number it says the the parcel is overdue/ no details could be found.
Can you PLEASE assist me? Can you tell me what has happened to my parcel, when can i expect it in South Africa?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RO274479893CN was sent to airline May 14. After sent to airline, you need wait about 5 to 10 weeks to get it in South Africa.

Is it sent by plane or by ship. How can it take 5 to 10 weeks by plane

by air. but shipping space to south africa is limited and south africa import processing is very very slow. that often causes the arrive time extremely long.
