Hello there.

There is a message for this item back on 20th September in Royal Mail's tracking that "Item arrival at collection point for pick-up (by recipient)".

There does not be any attempted delivery but it reads as though it is at a delivery office with the recipient having to go there to collect it. They do not appear to have been left a card or any details as to where they can go and collect their item from either.

May I ask if the recipient rang in to 11183 or 11185, would the recipient be told as to where specifically they could collect their item from, please?

RN460626610GB is china post office in 即墨市处理中心, you need ask receiver go to that post office to pickup the parcel asap. the postman name is 黄金辉,phone number:15806559629

Putting that into Bing translation suggests "Mexico City Processing Center" which obviously can't be right. Google Translate suggests "Jimo City" which appears to be more correct.

Apparently this item was going to Shandong.

Are you advising that the recipient has to call the postman on the 15806559629 number?
