My parcel, tracking number RM273975817CN, is not updating anymore for very long time, and not receiving.
I ordered this item from Ebay, originated from Shanzhan China, destination to Bangkok Thailand.

The tracking is already freezing as below;

2017-07-07 11:07:48.0 青岛city Post Office Parcel AD Dept. 销售部受理center received
2017-07-07 18:56:28.0 青岛city Post Office Parcel AD Dept. 销售部受理center customs scan
2017-07-07 19:48:01.0 leaving 青岛city Post Office Parcel AD Dept. 销售部受理center ，next station 青岛center
2017-07-08 08:22:04.0 青岛international 普邮center export security scan

Please you help to check internally for where is my parcel now. It's already one and half month since last known update. Shanzhan to Bangkok is not that a long route. I have also already contacted my local Thai Post mail center, and got answer such parcel is not yet arrive to Thailand. When it will ship from China Post?

shipping time to Thailand normally should be no more than 1 month. you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

According to tracking data, it shows the seller has already posted the parcel to China Post. China Post has already proceeded up to "青岛international 普邮center export security scan" by the date of 8-July-2017.
So, is it really a seller' responsibility, if parcel has lost in China Post handling? How do you think?
Can you please find it out, to know what has happened to my parcel, so I can decide the right for next to do. Thank you very much.

To be frank, you can not figure out what happened to your parcel and who should be responsible. As your parcel has left China for long time, we should assume the parcel is lost. As general rule, seller should refund money for order which does not reach buyer. Most sellers will add such potential lost cost into their price or buy insurance.
