Hello,

The shipment number RK513944047CN is still in transit from China to Japan. Maximum time to deliver for Japan is 2 weeks. But my shipment is taking so much time and it has not arrived in Japan yet. Kindly update the status.

2. So we know that the parcel is On Route to Japan, either the parcel is loss or it's in your country but Japan Post did not get to it for scanning the parcel. Or it could also be at the Japan Customs Office getting clear.

3. You should maybe contact seller and tell him that your have not receive your parcel. Ask him to verify with China Post what is going on with your parcel.

4. The estimate longest arrival time for Japan is 14 days and it has gone by without you receiving your parcel. This is not normal unless Japan Custom are very busy with parcel coming from overseas.
