the parcel is now in the hand of India Post office in Kolkata airport. you should contact them and pickup the parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 3. Now is busy season, waiting time for airline space and import processing might take 4 to 6 weeks, you need some patient.

Hi

The tracking for
LX052055591CN states unsuccessful delivery. However my other item LX052070639CN was delivered yesterday. Can you check please? It was both purchased on the same day by the same person with the same address. How could delivery be unsuccessful for the other item?

Your tracking status for LX052055591CN says

2018/1/4 12:05	Unsuccessful delivery	MY4715	Addressee requested later delivery/Item being held at addresses request
2018/1/4 13:36	Unsuccessful delivery	MY4609	Addressee requested later delivery/Item being held at addresses request

So probably the item is being held for you at the local post office. I would contact Pos Malaysia and ask them where you can get your item.

There was no such request for a later delivery. That is the problem here. Usually if pos malaysia came they would leave a Notice for collection at the post office. The address used is my office address. There will always be someone to receive/collect the items sent.
