USPS website shows "NEW YORK, NY 10023, Unable to deliver item, problem with address, USPS was unable to deliver your item as of 5:35 pm on March 20, 2018 in NEW YORK, NY 10023. The address may be incorrect, incomplete, or illegible."

You can contact your local post office and see if they can find this parcel. If they can not find the parcel, you should open dispute to seller for non-arrival order.
