1. If the parcel arrive in Canada which I suspect it did, it has not yet went through Customs Office.

2. If the parcel land in Vancouver Inbound Mail, there is a delay cause by Customs Office because of to much work. Delay can be 5 to 6 weeks for delivery of parcel depending were you live in Canada.

1. I'm almost sure you should be OK. But nobody has control over Customs Office.

2. Why don't you come back here in a week and ask me the question about your parcel. I will check if I can see something on Canada Post.

Canada Post often takes 2 to 4 weeks to make customs clearance, you can do nothing but waiting at this moment.

Canada post tracking system has still not recognized the tracking number yet. And track17 still lists the package in China.
