Good afternoon, guys!

I would like to know about my order RF657886867CN. Since april 19th it doesn't have any updates. Is there anything wrong?

Your parcel should have left china on April 19. Parcel status will freeze at its last china location when it is outside china. This is normal.

You can look up estimated shipping time from china to your country in http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php . This table is based on our user report. If your waiting time is over the max arrival time in above page, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

I hope I don't need to open dispute to seller, because I have sent 4 emails for them and I didn't have any answer ...So thank you for your information

How can I get another contact instead of email? They don't reply me and I don't know what I should do. The company is called by Novelty Finder
