Dear Sir/Madame,

Vendor sent me the tracking number RV964939753CN last week and till now whenever I track the shipment it says "No Records Found".

Can you advise me the reason.

no shipping record means your seller did not ship you anything. You are very likely to be scammed.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.
