Post recipient refuses to collect goods

Dear Sirs,

We have sent a package on 06.09.19 to Shanghai, China. The Tracking number is CB020132235MD. We have contacted the recipient many times to come to customs to pick the goods, but he refuses to do so. Please, advise, how should we proceed to get the goods back? It is clear that he will not come to pick the goods up. Thank you for your response.

You need file official investigation with Moldova Post . Then they will contact China Post to send the parcel back. The whole procedure might take 2 months.

I filed the investigation 1 month ago with Moldova Post. They say that they have not received an answer from China Post
