Hi,

I am sending a parcel through Post NL and China post.

Could you please check for me whether the receiver contacted customs? 14 days now the parcel is stuck there....

Tracking number: CC073294019NL

CC073294019NL Arrived China customs in Guangzhou on Jun 11. It seems to have customs clearance problem there.

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from Guangzhou customs.

It seems that the receiver is not picking it up the parcel... as I have informed them many times but still nothing changed..

It has been 10 already, and I am wondering when you are going to ship back to me my parcel.

Could you please let me know when it is going to be shipped back to me?

if receiver does not pickup the parcel, it will be returned to Netherlands by slow surface mail which might take 2 to 4 months to arrive your home.

The receiver will not pick it up. Thus I was wondering if you know when it will be shipped back to me?

The parcel is at customs for 14 days now and I need to know how many days will stay there until it is sent back to me...

if receiver does not pickup, china post normally will return the parcel after free storage expires. different post office has different policy, normally this will be 30 days after arrival date. the parcel then will travel another 30 to 60 days by surface mail to Europe.
