Hello! I would appreciate if you could help me. I have sent from Greece a package to China (tracking number RE640549715GR) but the China Post hasn't updated the info since 28th of May, so I would like to know if the package has been delivered.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RE640549715GR shows the parcel has delivery problem. You need ask receiver contact China Post office in 邮政昌平区东三旗, the parcel is there. Or you can call china post 11185 and schedule pickup.

Hello again! Is the package still undelivered? If so, how can I ask to be returned to Greece?

you need ask receiver call 11185. Only local post office knows the detail.

Receiver doesn' t reply anymore. How can I contact the local post office beside 11185. Do they have email?
