I have a package from the USA sent to Hefei China. The tracking info said that it arrived in Hefei but the security guard said nothing arrived. But there wasnt any delivery to our school.

Your item could not be delivered on September 27, 2018 at 2:53 pm in CHINA due to the addressee not available at time of delivery. It is scheduled for another delivery attempt tomorrow.

EQ017890650US failed delivery on Sep 27 as receiver is not in destination address.

You need call China Post hotline 11183 and try to pickup the parcel by yourself.
