RP443596731SG has nothing to do with china post, it is Singapore Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Singapore first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Singapore to other countries.

Singapore Post website shows the parcel was shipped on April 17, From Singapore to Colombia can take 4 to 8 weeks. You should get the parcel in June.
