such airmail parcel normally will take 4 to 12 weeks to reach Brazil. You need wait some more time.

But i paid extra freight amount to have 5 - 7 days delivery. How it is 4 to 12 weeks?

Your seller did not use fast service (EMS or ePacket) , instead he used a very slow and cheap service. you should file dispute for compensation.
