Has my package been received yet? It keeps saying it hasn't but it was shipped on Monday and I don't know if it's just taking a while because of customs and inspections. My tracking number is RH981297277CN. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a scam because the site appears legitimate and I've seen positive reviews with pictures from people who bought things from this website

This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet.

If you just got the number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

I got the number on Monday. Should I wait a little longer before opening dispute or do it now? I've been in contact with the seller and they say they've sent it to the post office but that customs needs time to process things

You no need open dispute at this moment, but you need give seller a serious alert because he has not shipped your order.

The seller just contacted me with a picture of their computer screen with the post office info. Looks like the package was shipped by the post office and that the post office just missed it with the tracking site or something. Like they forgot to upload info on it

computer screen shot makes no sense. Everyone can make such a "screen shot" with photoshop.

China Post tracking result is the only proof of shipment. If it has no tracking result, it means your seller did not ship anything.

I meant they took a pic of a webpage on their computer using their phone camera I think, not a screenshot, sorry. The information is finally showing up on the website after the seller contacted the post office so it's all good now.
