Hi, my 3 parcels tracking no. CP332675872CN, CP332675926CN, CP332675869CN. Last updated on 6th May 2018. But after that there is no trace.
Please let me know whats with it and when i will receive in India.

These kind of parcel starting with CP is sea/air combined parcel. If the weight is over 2kgs, it will go through sea and could take up to half year to India. You need wait some more time.

The parcel is about 20 kg. At the time of booking they told me it will take about 3 months. Can you tell me it is still in china or on the way to india? I am afraid for this long time, parcel could get damaged or torn. If it is broken, will they do anything like repacking?

these parcel should be outside china now. But they might transit many sea ports. In worst case, they will take 6 months to reach india. None will repack the parcel if they are damaged. It is not a good idea to ship goods with sea/air combined parcel.

you can do nothing. it is not a good idea to ship valuable item with sea parcel. You should use EMS.

So, you mean china post doesn’t have any responsibility of it?? Their work is only taking money to send it out? If it is not worthy and safe to send goods through this way, then why china post have it in their list. Why they are using this service? I feeling like cheated. Someone must take the responsibility of it.
