http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ488144161CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jun 29. The parcel seems to have problem. Normally it should move to next location in one week.

If you can not see new status by next weekend, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon for lost parcel refund.
