Please help. I have used multiple tracking services. I also checked USPS. My tracking hasn't updated since July 7th. Where is my package, and why isn't tracking updating. Is my package just not moving? I don't have an estimated delivery date either, so I have no idea when to expect my package. My tracking number is LY396984488CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 7. It is waiting for flight space from china to USA. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.
