The package should of been shipping to this ^ address but they haven't received it. Last I saw it was stuck at the post office in VA and when I called the post office to verify address next day the tracking info was no longer any good???????????????????

USPS might lost your parcel. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
