http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud shipment.

I contacted AliExpress and they said that the seller has shipped the item but the courier takes 10 days to update the status. Is this true?

Normally aliexpress will ask buyer wait 10 days before open dispute to seller. You can not open dispute now.

You can wait 10 days and track again. If still no shipping record, then open dispute immediately.

This order has been on the status of "parcel has been sent. In domestic transit- Jinhua" since 6th September.
What does this mean?

RU882604325CN is still waiting for airline space in Yiwu. You need wait some 2 to 6 weeks to see new update.

This package departed country on 9th September but there is no further update. What is going on?

RB608378072SG is singapore post tracking number. Singapore Post website shows the parcel was shipped from Singapore on Sep 9. You should get it by end of Nov. There will be no update until it arrives Pakistan.
